We understand the frustration of lost mittens—the frozen hands, family arguments, and headaches to replace. Because missing mittens happen, we created the re/PAIR(™) plan. The first Chopper Mill you lose, we mail you a replacement free. And you can purchase a single replacement anytime without buying a new pair. Just click “Replace” and move on.

All returns must be postmarked within one hundred eighty (180) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
After receiving your return and inspecting the conditions of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Returns or Exchanges exclude: The Mitten Thief Book & GearDryer
When you purchase three (3) pairs of Chopper Mill mittens, we'll include a free copy of The Mitten Thief: A Chopper Mill storybook. Just add to cart, and the savings will be automatically applied to your order.
This fantastical tale of winter fun and friendship explores the mystery of where mittens go when they get lost. It’s made for years of reading and re-reading (ideally in a warm lap).
